MVCL donated school items to Kaunda Square Secondary School, 25 th October, 2024.

As part of Corporate Social Responsibility the MVCL donated school items to Kaunda Square Secondary School for its 1st Award Giving Ceremony that was held today and whose guest of Honour was Honourable Mike Mposha MP Munali Constituency.

The Board of Directors has appointed Mr Peter Shula as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective 12th August 2024.

Mr. Shula has over 20 years experience in commercial business and is both a Chartered Marketer with the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) in the UK and a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (FZIM). He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Degree Business Administration from the Copperbelt University. He also holds a Professional Diploma in Project Management from Cambridge University in the UK.

He has exposure to Financial Services and Insurance, Media and Broadcasting, Tourism and Hospitality. He is the immediate past Executive Director at ZAMCOM who has also served in strategic positions, such as Director Marketing and Sales at ZNBC for 6 years. Having started his career at the Zambia State Insurance Corporation Ltd (ZSIC) where he served for 13 years.

The Board wishes the new CEO the best and expresses its confidence in him as he strives to take the organization to greater heights.
